Since you do not wish to spend any money, research books that would help you locate jobs like you are searching for, then contact your local library and ask if they have them available on site.
If they do not, then ask if they have a way of getting it on loan from another library in their loan system which is something most libraries offer today.

Sorry, I have no great ideas. Just a caution: do be suspicious of all offers. Often you can make money by being part of a pyramid scheme. Baby-sitting and child care(perhaps after school hours)
are traditional choices. Other ideas such as making money on Ebay require expertise in some area. Of course, there’s always the stock market!
